Ron is the founder of SignalForge Wireless, a specialized Wireless Performance & Reliability Engineering consultancy focused on operationally dependent SMB environments throughout the Ohio Valley region.

"Operational reliability through engineered wireless infrastructure."

The SignalForge founding principle

Career Background

Two decades of mission-critical communications and infrastructure.

Every phase of Ron's career reinforced the same principle: reliability must be engineered deliberately, validated rigorously, and maintained with discipline.

Military
U.S. Army
Scout-Sniper Squad Leader · Ranger Instructor

Ron's communications engineering foundation began in the U.S. Army, where he supported long-range reconnaissance communications by planning and executing field radio relay operations using improvised RC-292 antenna systems to transmit operational data back to headquarters under demanding conditions.

As a Ranger-qualified Scout-Sniper Squad Leader and later Ranger Instructor, Ron operated in environments where communications reliability, disciplined execution, operational continuity, and mission clarity were non-negotiable. Those experiences established a systems-oriented mindset centered around preparation, repeatability, validation, and performance under pressure.

Reserve
U.S. Air Force Reserve
Advanced Communications Training

Following his Army service, Ron expanded his telecommunications and infrastructure expertise through advanced communications training in U.S. Air Force Reserve satellite, wideband, and telemetry systems — further reinforcing the technical depth and operational discipline that would define his engineering career.

Carrier
T-Mobile · AT&T
Wireless & Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering

Ron went on to work across enterprise infrastructure operations and cellular engineering environments for major wireless carriers including T-Mobile and AT&T. Over the course of a telecommunications and infrastructure career spanning more than two decades, Ron has led and coordinated large-scale deployments, infrastructure modernization efforts, cloud and data center initiatives, transport engineering programs, wireless market launches, and mission-critical operational projects across carrier, enterprise, and managed infrastructure environments.

Education & Credentials

Formal education and professional certifications reinforcing decades of hands-on communications and infrastructure experience.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University, combining formal education in technology management, operational leadership, systems integration, and project execution with decades of communications and infrastructure experience.

His professional background is further reinforced through ongoing technical development that focuses on wireless engineering, RF analysis, wireless design, and advanced operational wireless reliability methodologies.

The Convergence

Every phase of that career converged into the same conviction.

Military communications that had to work under pressure. Carrier networks engineered for reliability at scale. Enterprise infrastructure that operations depend on every day. The common thread through all of it is that wireless reliability is not accidental — it is engineered, validated, and maintained with discipline.

Those experiences ultimately converged into the philosophy that has become SignalForge Wireless: that operationally dependent organizations deserve wireless infrastructure engineered to the same standard as the operations it supports.
